We must be the voice for our innocent animals in Utah. Lawmakers heard us the first time, and they'll keep hearing us until this bill gets passed. The Governor has put it on the agenda for the Special Session and has said, "Thanks to you it became an issue that carried a high profile and a lot of calls were made....that's how our system works."
