central-do-brasil

Thanks to my friend's recommendation we ate at Central do Brasil a few weeks ago. Ryan's brother served his mission in Brazil with her husband so we took them along. It was very authentic and we had to have Aaron order for us. The best part of the night was when they broke out the karoake. Have you ever seen Brazilians sing Karoeke? It was awesome, and I was this close to getting up and singing myself.
Saturday night's are all you can eat pizza, so we plan to go back again. In the back of the restaurant there is a store so I bought some Pao de Queijo. The cooking instructions were in Portuguese so I had to use Babel Fish to translate. Some of the words didn't translate correctly so I had to guess on some things, but I think they turned out great!

After dinner we went to the crazy corn maze in West Jordan. Jess and I huddled together through the scary part while we entertained the guys with our running and screaming. We rocked the corn maze by going from #3 to #7 and skipping a few other numbers, not on purpose, but Ryan has a great sense of direction.

Your Pao de Queijo looks great! My husband went to Brazil on his mission and I swear we had been to every Brazilian restaurant, but I guess not! Where is this one located? I want to take him there!

what did you eat? Were you brave enough to try an avocado shake? I never did, but I probably will when we go to Brazil one day.
