One Thing
Name one thing you did in the past that you no longer do but wish you did?
I used to not eat any sweets.

Tabloids
"Rocky Balboa" is a perfect ending to the saga, and a terrific last hurrah for Stallone. Do you read the tabloids? Do you think that the entertainment industry needs the tabloids? And finally, would you ever be a tabloid reporter?

Tag, I'm it and so are you
What's the most fun work you've ever done, and why?
Working at Hollywood Video. I mean, I'm with fun people, and the customers were wonderful....sometimes. Where else could I get free rentals??? Things like that never happen at my work now, except for Ryan's job which let's us fly free. That's pretty nice.
Yeah, I would have to say that my job right now is really cool!!! I love working with the jets and being around all those huge planes!!! They are so amazing to me!! I really like my co-workers too and I have made a lot of really good friends at Skywest! Oh and yeah, we fly for free, I think that is a pretty nice benefit, don't you guys?

TV Time
What is the oldest television show you actually remember watching as a child?
For me (Tea) it was probably Darkwing Duck. I know there had to be older cartoons and stuff but I remember lying on my parent's bed with my brother and sisters and singing along to the theme song with them.
The earliest tv show that I (Ryan) can remember is probably the Care Bears or Heman....But the show that I can rememer loving the most is Transformers: Robots in Disguise!!!! I loved this show and I loved the song at the end more!!! I even had a Transformers lunch box!!! This was where it was at when I was 5!!!

The New Year
Have a dark cloud hanging over your head? You know, the kind that never seems to leave, the one that appears when you wake up in the middle ot the night, the one that follows you everywhere and rains on your parade every day? Such clouds sometimes are so distracting that they limit people's ability to accomplish things they want to or should do. Granted, some stresses won't dry up entirely. But we can control our reactions to them, and we can try to minimize their effect on us. Got a relative with an emotional disorder that's gone untreated? A parent who hasn't received help from a local social service organization? A child who needs tutoring to avoid failure in school? A conflict at work that's never been addressed? The point is that we can confront these issues directly to avoid feeling like we're drowning emotionally. Why accept the rain when we can get ourselves a darned good umbrella and forge ahead in search of sunshine? Is there any sense in just standing there, getting soaked, when we can enjoy a warm, frefreshing, sunny breeze? On those days when everything seems to be going wrong...when you feel stressed and overwhelmed...when you wonder if you can meet the day's challenges and still keep your sanity...remember......somewhere on the planet is a horse dentist who's doing some drilling on a reluctant, frightened patient. As we begin a new year, let's all keep life in perspective and do everything possible to look on the bright side and summon the mental and emotional horsepower to make this the best year ever. For the future of everyone here as well as for all our families. - Get Your Own A new year, a new you! Sixty-six percent of us make at least one New Year's Resolution, whether out of habit or tradition-or perhaps because a loved one has, er, 'invited' us to make a change. Whatever the reason, there's no time like the beginning of a new year to set that goal. Pound for pound, the most common resolution is to lose weight-43% of us make that one. That's followed by 16% of us who vow to start exercising and 14% of us to eat more sensibly. Four more popular resolutions include breaking a bad habit (13%), getting a new job (5%), changing a significant relationship (4%) and improving on's sex life (3%). How long the new leaf typically lasts: About 1 month-37% 2-3 Months-20% 4-6 Months=12% More than 6 Months-18% All year-18% Our FamilyThis picture was taken at Toni's reception. Here is all of us (minus Travis and Erin) with our spouses. Our parents got us all married off in 4 months! Wednesday, January 10, 2007Friday, January 5, 2007.....and this is what we returned to!!! As we got back into SLC, Ryan went and talked to some of his co-workers who said that we were very lucky to have been gone this day....apparently the airport in SLC was shut down twice for periods of time and that it was just a really bad snowy day...who would have thought!!! Not us back in Philly....but Ryan was a good sport and cleaned the five inches of snow off the car while I warmed up inside. We made it home safely and we thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful trip to Philadelphia, PA!!! ...and this is where we were taken!!! Pat's King of Steaks....with over a hundred pictures of celebrities that have been there including two Presidents, Jay Leno, David Letterman, Madonna, Brooks and Dunn and N'SYNC...it definitely looked like this place had what we were looking for...a genuine Philly cheesesteak!!! And man did they!!! Tea got "one wit wiz" meaning "One" cheesesteak, "with" fried onions on top, and cheese "wiz"...! Ryan got "one wit provalogne" and we shared some cheese fries too!!! It truly was an exceptional sandwhich and we enjoyed it a lot!!! We are not sure but we also think that this was the place that Rocky stopped off for a cheesesteak in the first movie, anybody that knows please pass the info!!! So then we were ready to leave Philly having seen all that we had planned, on a very beautiful day in Philadelphia.....
...as we continued our day trip through Philly, our next stop was the Independence
National Historical Park. This was an amazing place and there was so much of our countries history there, you could just feel it in the air that this was a special place, and we were very honored to be able to see where our country was born. Our first stop was to the Liberty Bell. We had to go through security like we were at the airport or something. It was crazy!! Then we were finally in and that's when the fun began. We were able to learn about the history of the Liberty Bell and about why it has a crack and all that good stuff. Then we moved up the block and went to Independence Hall. This was such an amazing tour!!! This was a very beautiful building and to see the actual rooms where the Constitution was written and The Declaration of Independence was signed was awe inspiring!! We felt like we should shout hooray and and start singing the National Anthem!!! It was weird, in a way you could feel the spirit there, it was like a confirmation that what had happened there so many years ago was exactly what our Heavenly Father had planned to happen and he had put those men there to accomplish his purposes!!! After that, we walked down the street and over to the Philadelphia Mint. This was an amazing tour and we both enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we have no other pictures except the outside of it, because they do not allow any sort of cameras or camcorders or camera phones inside of the building!!! Needless to say we had to take seperate tours while the other one waited outside holding the cameras!!! (Note to anyone who might visit the Mint...it is a worthwhile tour, but they will not hold your cameras for you...) So after all this Historical sightseeing, we had worked up quite an appetite!!! So we left to find the Best Cheese Steak that Philly had to offer....
This was from our day trip to Philadelphia on the 4th of January, 2007. We caught the red eye from SLC to JFK in New York (flying first class was amazing!) and then we caught a little commuter plane over to Philly and arrived about 10 o'clock in the morning. Our first stop was to the Philadelphia Museum of Art! This is home to the famous "Rocky" steps and statue! Of course with Tea being the rocky fan that she is, this was a REAL highlight!!! It was very cool to be there and to see other people running up there and taking pictures too!!! We aren't the only fans! As we were walking away we were interviewed by the NBC 10 Philadelphia news crew. They wanted to know what we thought about all this nice weather they were having. (It was about 65 degrees there, and unbeknownst to us there was about 5 inches of snow that was falling back home!) So, after a great start to our day trip to Philly we decided to be on our way...
