We had a baby shower for my sister on Saturday. It was lots of fun! She is due on April 3rd!

The Newest HP6 Trailer

This is the 4th trailer for this movie. I've even heard that some people have gotten chocked up with Dumbledore's voiceover at the end. The effects look pretty cool, don't you think? I don't think I could be more excited for this movie. Maybe a midnight showing is required. There are only three movies left!

Why Us?

It is a little strange, given our track record, that nothing bad (crime wise) has happened to us for more than a year. Well, our streak of good luck ran out today. Our car was broken into, broken window and all. We learned last year after our car was stolen, for the 2nd time, that you can never be too safe. We have a club for our steering wheel and ALWAYS use it. Good thing because our car would've probably been stolen. We have also learned to NEVER leave anything that anyone might think is valuable in the car. Luckily, nothing 'important' was stolen, but it's just frustrating, you know? That's the reason we moved here in the first place! We just can't seem to get away from the crime! We talk about how, "Well, if we only had a garage, or cameras, or whatever.." but I think crime will find a way to us no matter what. I'm convinced! Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and if you'd like to donate about $500 to our new car window fund, that would be nice too.

FHE

In case you are not a creative person, like me, then you'll love these for FHE. Go to ldslivingmagazine.com and click on FHE. You can subscribe to the weekly emails and it has FHE lesson plans complete with scripture, song, thought, story, game, and treat. They're mostly geared towards families with young kids so sometimes we skip the game since there's just two of us. I love them and it takes the stress out of coming up with a lesson for FHE each week. Just thought I'd share!
