Happy birthday to me! I took a half day at work on Thursday so Ryan and I could go to the Bean museum in Provo. My mom used to take us there all the time when we were little and I haven't been for years, so I wanted to go. Ryan has been sick for two weeks. He felt especially nasty this particular day (my birthday) and went to the doctor only to find out he has the flu. I didn't let it ruin my plans! I called up my best friend who just moved to Provo and my sis and went with them. We had a lot of fun! The museum is smaller than I remember but just as neat. Does anyone else get the creeps when standing next to a stuffed bear or tiger? For some reason they still scare me... If you haven't been to the Monte L Bean Science Museum at BYU, go! It's very cool. Enjoy some pictures of the creepy animals.

Take a look at how big that Ostrich is! I don't know if you can see his feet, but they're massive. The giraffe's neck is about 10 feet!

On my birthday I also got a free Cold Stone and cookie at Quiznos. We went out to eat Friday with some friends and Saturday just the two of us. We got hooked up and our meal only ended up costing us $2.37! It was great. On Sunday we celebrated with my family. I got lots of great things and ate an amazing birthday cake! (thanks mom!) Thanks to everyone for the 'happy birthdays,' phone calls and texts! I'm just glad the weather is finally making it up to me for snowing on my special day!
