The next morning we had a great breakfast then after we took down camp we lingered a little longer and Ryan was throwing the football with some guys. He can't wait for football season.
That night our Stake had a pioneer day celebration. Some of our friends really got into the spirit.
Dinner was supposed to be @ 5, but when we got there a few minutes early there was no food or anyone in charge. Ryan and another Bishop took over and ended up cooking all the food. His eyes and face were all red from grilling for over an hour. They had way more people show up than anticipated. It didn't seem like it was a very well planned activity.
but...they did have goat rides..
and games for the kids..
and folk dancing.
For July's Pack Mtg we had the Air Force Honor Guard come do a flag ceremony and teach us how to fold a flag. It was very neat to watch.
Everyone got to join in on the fun.
