Porter's birthday

Three weeks ago we celebrated Porter's third birthday. He got some legos and puzzles, and a light saber from grandma. He is such a smart boy! We love him very much.

Cedar city

We went down to watch Alyssa play volleyball in the Southern Utah Tournament. They lost 2/3 but Alyssa did well.

5 year celebration

5 years seems like a long time, but it's flown by. Life married to this man is wonderful. What a blessing he's been to me!

He surprised me with a dozen roses and tickets to the Utah symphony. We ended the night at Leatherby's and enjoyed some ice cream.

Cedar Breaks Part II

This place is amazing! When you get there you can hike around the side (about an hour) or take a trail to the lookout point. We were a little short on time so we chose the short option. It's 10,000 feet up with a 2,000 foot drop off. It's so peaceful and the view is breathtaking, like a mini Bryce canyon. It's shaped like a coliseum and the Indians called it "circle of painted cliffs." the oldest tree in the world, the bristlecone pine, can be found there. If you're ever in southern Utah stop by!

Cedar Breaks

Two weeks ago we were in Cedar city with Ryan's family and we decided to check out Cedar Breaks. The drive through the canyon was about 20 minutes. Worth every second...
