Go Sox!
I love Jennifer Garner and we love the Red Sox so I really enjoyed seeing this last night on Leno.
First day of Autumn
It was 45 degrees this morning driving to work. I do not like cold weather..at all and it seems like Summer always flys by and winter lasts 8 months. It's snowed on my birthday in April two years in a row! Here's to hoping that Fall will last two months and winter will be mild! Here is a video that helped me stay positive in lieu of the season change.

Ghosting
Did anyone else see this on Leno the other night? I was laughing so hard...hilarious stuff...
Talking Shop
Our anniversary was lots of fun. We celebrated over a few days. We ate at Red Lobster (Ryan's choice) and went and saw '500 days of Summer' (my choice) because marriage is all about compromise, right? I do not like seafood, but I did try some of the endless shrimp (coconut were the best) and I might have ate tons. We both really enjoyed the movie! I like Zooey Deschanel. She was great in this movie. Go see it, it's cute.
I've been helping out with our ward's road show that is tomorrow. Kristi is amazing and everything came together nicely. It's fun to get to know more people from the ward and have everyone share their talents. Ours is going to be the best!
We got a new (old) couch. We finally said goodbye to the donated couch we've had seen we got married. It was stinky and we hated it. We found a great deal on a nice couch and chair and they look fabulous in our home. We love them.
It's always nice to spend time with family and we enjoyed another fun filled FHE hosted by us. Thanks for all the help with our 'activity' of hauling the furniture in & out. It was not planned, I swear.
Right now we're enjoying all the season premieres and wishing Summer would last a few more months. Oh, and I got Ryan hooked on Twitter...so funny.

9/9/9
Here's an interesting article I read about today on MSN:
'9': It's more than a movie, it's a magic number Though technically there's nothing special about the symmetrical date, some concerned with the history and meaning of numbers ascribe powerful significance to 09/09/09.Â

To Dad
Happy birthday!
You are the best dad in the world. No one is funnier, smarter, more handy, as spiritual, or more snuggly than you. I have so many great memories from childhood with you. Thank you for believing in me, teaching me, and always encouraging me. I still believe that "The Leithead family is one of the best families!" and I still laugh at your jokes no matter how many times I've heard them. "You've got a million and three of 'em!"
I love you.
